Do not need to be a resident of Laguna Beach to sign up for City of Laguna Beach Summer Beach Safety Programs. No swim test required. Children are not forced to go in water but will be positively encouraged to go in water with instructors till they feel comfortable doing it on their own with instructor supervision.
